Transactional Analysis In Organisations

Transactional Analysis has always been close to my heart, particularly from the late 1970’s when I helped design and run Transactional Analysis for Trainers Courses whilst on the staff at Roffey Park Management College.  It was during this time that I became a certified Transactional Analyst in 1980.

This book covers the core concepts of Transactional Analysis, whilst considering some of the many applications this versatile model can offer those whose responsibilities include leadership and organisational development.

The impetus for writing this book came as a result of peers within a training and strategic change consultancy asking me to run an introductory day for staff and associates.  As I wrote the handouts for this event , their rapid accumulation suddenly made me realise that I was not far short of having material for a short book. My aim within it has been to blend and honour the theory, whilst offering plenty of ideas regarding its practical uses.
